Specifically designed for raw vegetables prepared salads, this screw fed double volumetric piston fillers is optimized for viscous and fibrous products like:

This dual-lane filling line is made for round, square or rectangular open mouth containers, with or without a tamper evidency button.

This fully customizable filling and packing line is made with one motorized indexing conveyor having two lanes that dispenses automatically two by two empty tubs, trays or buckets, bring them to the filling station(s), activates the optional double plastic film sealing module model PL500D, bring the containers two by two under the lids (or over-caps) denesting & lids (or over-caps) depositor unit, and then under the closing unit.

The FDS4500 filling line is a dual-lane filling line specifically designed to meet the needs of liquid, semi-liquid, dry, viscous or sticky product filling. It accommodates round, square or rectangular open-mouth containers with or without a tamper evidency button. Thanks to its innovative design, it can fill up to 80 containers per minute and provide high-level filling performance while remaining robust and reliable. Moreover, this filling line only requires a small amount of personnel to operate as automation has been maximized. It is no surprise that the FDS4500 delivering excellent filling quality for various products such as potato salad or sauerkraut, quickly gaining traction in the industry.
