Origins

Control GMC Inc. was created by the merger of two complementary Montreal-area engineering firms in the early 1980s, which brought together a team of experienced engineers, programmers, and technicians.

Control GMC Inc. soon earned an excellent reputation for the quality of its services and the ingeniousness of its automatic filling lines.

At Control GMC Inc., design, programming, manufacturing and testing are all done under one roof. In addition to reducing production costs, this structure enables our team to monitor the quality of our packing machines at every stage of the project.

After more than 30 years of growth, the firm continues to put as much effort into designing and manufacturing simple and efficient rigid containers filling lines. Control GMC’s packaging systems improve plant productivity throughout North America. Its customers include multinational corporations, as well as small and medium-sized companies.

Teams and Facilities

Control GMC Inc. is a fully integrated rigid container filling line manufacturer. Our 20,000-square-foot plant is located near Montréal, Canada. Eleven of our 38 employees are engineers.

As such our engineering teams is mastering all the needed aspects to develop fully operational machines including in -house mechanical, electrical and pneumatic design, along with PLC, HMI and servomotors programming.

Our washdown lines fully comply with North American food and operator safety regulation.

They are entirely tested before delivery with an operational manual that is almost completely included in the HMI error status to help operation maintenance. Through internet connection, we can also when needed, check the line status and even modify its program from our office.

We maintain in stock most spare parts for overnight delivery across North America.
