No. All Control GMC machines are designed and manufactured in Canada and therefore enter the United States duty-free under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA).

Our **No Surprise Tariff Protection Clause** guarantees that the price on your signed Purchase Order will not change.
If new or higher U.S. federal import duties are introduced before delivery, Control GMC will absorb 100 % of the additional cost.

For Canadian-origin equipment shipped to the United States, the quoted price assumes a 0 % duty rate under USMCA.
If any new or increased U.S. import duties (“Additional Tariffs”) are imposed after the Buyer’s Purchase Order Date but before delivery, Control GMC will pay those duties in full.
**Result:** the invoice total remains exactly as quoted—no surprises.
