Control GMC offers complete filling lines for pre-made containers in various configurations, depending of speed and packaging requirements. When it comes to sealing your cups, tubs or trays with film, we offer the alternative between rollstock or pre-cut heat-sealable material.
Whether the products to be filled are liquid, viscous, sticky or dry, we have a solution. With its own line of volumetric piston fillers, Control GMC can handle most products that can be pumped, including products such as sauerkraut, potato salads, hot soup with big chunks, chocolate and more. A variety of third-party filling, weighing or counting systems can also be integrated by our team.
Cup Filling, Sealing and Lidding Machines
Our sealing units model PL500 or PL500PC need to be installed on an indexing conveyor. Their main characteristics are:
- High speed: up to 45 cts/min on a single lane filling line
- Versatile equipment: format changes in 10 to 15 minutes by the operator
- No vacuum MAP version available
