Packaging lines
FDS-Tub, Bucket and Other Open-Top Container Lidder
Available in single, double or triple lanes
The FDS lines are containers packaging lines designed for filling / packing / packaging food products containers. It dispenses automatically retail type containers like plastic cup, tub, tray or bucket, bring them to the filling position, activates the optional cup sealing machine, bring the containers under the lid or over-cap depositor unit, and then under the closing unit.
Built for retail type open mouth containers, its versatility allows you to fill on the same machine many different shapes ( round, square, oval) and size containers either in plastic, paperboard, aluminum, etc. Set up time take about 20 minutes. When required, pre-adjusted tooling for a new container shape or size can be bought for a nominal cost allowing you to introduce at will new SKU to stay on top of the market.

Filling, Lidding and Closing Lines
FDS 1500 Automatic Lid Denester & Closing Machine with Filling Station
Available in single, double or triple tub packing lanes
The FDS1500 is a filling, lidding and closing line for cup, tub or bucket feed by hand. We propose this model instead of the FDS2500 for low budget customers or when the container is hard to denest or prefill by hand with a base product.
A typical application would be per example for feta cheese sold in brine. An operator put the required weight of feta cheese in a container, slide it on the FDS1500’s conveyor for brine filling and container lidding and closing.
This filling, lidding and closing line can work with round, square, oval or rectangular open mouth containers. Typically, changeover time by the operator, is about 15 minutes. Speed can reach 60-1lb containers per minute for thick products.

DT 1000 Cost-Effective Time-Based Liquid Filling Machine
Gravity Filler
The DT1000 is a gravity filler for liquids that keeps a buffer-tank at constant level through a pump, thus allowing the filling of the liquid by time.
The dispensing valve is pneumatically actuated, and coupled to the level control of the buffer-tank; the filling will automatically stop, if the level is too low.
This is the best solution for liquids when a high accuracy is not required. For instance, this gravity filler is an excellent brine filler or water filler.

For fully integrated filling lines:

- For the multi-lane filling lines, a lane concentrator may be required.
