Our cup sealing line model PL500 or PL500PC need to be installed on an indexing conveyor.  Their main characteristics are:

  • High speed: up to 45 cts/min on a single lane filling line
  • Versatile equipment: format changes in 10 to 15 minutes by the operator
  • No vacuum MAP version available
  • High pressure process (HPP) quality seal
  • Pre cut foil lids version available (PL500PC)
Our semi-automatic sealing unit model PL200G can be installed on a cart or a table top. This machine main characteristics are:
  • Speed: up 15 cts/min, depending on the operator speed
  • 2 modes of operation: Automatic and semi-automatic
  • Versatile equipment: format changes in less than 5 minutes by the operator
  • No vacuum MAP
  • High pressure process (HPP) quality seal
