The PL500 is an automatic plastic film sealer, also named lidder, which automatically centers the arriving trays, tubs or buckets, put the plastic film on the top of them, heat seal them and cut them right around their edges.
This automatic plastic film sealing machine, or lidding machine, can be proposed for an automatic single-lane filling line, a dual-lane filling line as in the picture, or for more lanes filling lines.
Because the plastic film is a very efficient way to securely seal trays, tubs and buckets, and because at the same time it increases the shelf life, it is particularly adapted for the fresh food manufacturers.
