Semi or fully automatic filling lines for buckets and pails
Here we have selected among our products the automatic filling (packaging) lines, the fillers, the closers, and the accumulation turning tables that are very well adapted for buckets and big pails, including industrial type pails, to fill dry, liquid, viscous or sticky products, in round square or rectangular open mouth containers, either tamper evident with security seal or not.
Products fillersFor liquid, semi-viscous, and viscous products, the fillers of the DV series are recommended, the required model depending on the requested productivity: please contact us to define together the one that best fits your needs.
The DM1000 is recommended for foamy products, such as some fruit juices and/or for dangerous liquid products like acids.
The DM1800 is used for powder or granular products.
The DT1000 is an economical solution to fill a big quantity of liquids when the accuracy is not required, like, for instance, with brine or water.
A volumetric transfer piston pump, like our PV2000 will allow you to feed continuously the hopper of the filler with liquid, semi-viscous, and viscous products.

Plastic pails filling lineWith this pails filling line you can achieve impressive speed with 5-USGal; for instance, coupled with our DV3000 you can reach up to 7,5 pails /min, and with a DV3000-Quadruple you can go as fast as 30 pails /min.

Pails closing machinesWith the FS1800, you can close any kind of pails and industrial pails, except the UN-pails and similar, i.e. the ones that are made for dangerous liquids such as acids.
With the FS1800-UN, on the other hand, you can close the UN-pails and similar, as well.

Accumulation turning tableAn accumulation turning table of 5 feet diameter may be useful as a buffer, at the end of your filling line. |
