Semi automatic buckets & pails roller capper / closing machine

The FS1800 is a simple and efficient semiautomatic closing machine. It can close bigger containers, then the FS1500, up to 5 USGAL industrial pails.

This semiautomatic pails roller capper closes tightly and effortlessly round, square or rectangular open mouth plastic containers, including industrial pails and tamper evident buckets and pails, with security seals like snap-on lids.

Changeovers for different-size buckets and pails are done in seconds without tools.

This semiautomatic buckets and pails closing machine has a motorized conveyor with a rough top belt for traction to pull the containers under the pressure rollers closing head equipped with a pneumatic air-removing wheel.
