Semi automatic tubs & buckets roller capper / closing machine

The FS1500 is a simple and efficient semiautomatic closing machine.

This roller capper closes tightly and effortlessly round, square or rectangular open mouth plastic containers, including tamper evident tubs, buckets and pails, with security seal like  snap-on lids, or film sealed with overcaps.

Changeovers for different-size containers are done in seconds without tools. 

This semiautomatic closing machine has a motorized conveyor with a rough top belt for traction to pull the containers under the pressure rollers closing head equipped with an air-removing wheel.
