Fully automatic filling / lidding / closing line for buckets and industrial pails already denested

The FDS1800 is an automatic filling / lidding & closing line specially design to work with  industrial type pails and buckets. Its motorized closing tools can be supply with a pneumatically driven air removing wheel specifically develop for food manufacturers to make sure that the lid look concave.   

The conveyor has a slippery tabletop plastic belt that brings already filled or empty containers to the optional filling position, or directly to the lid denesting & lid depositor unit. 

The closing head’s variable speed conveyor has a sticky belt for traction to pull the containers at the same speed as the bottom one under the pressure rollers.

This  lidding & closing packaging line, or filling line, can manage liquid and semi-liquid products, as well as dry, viscous or sticky products, and is made for round, square or rectangular open mouth pails or buckets, either tamper evident or not.

• 1 additional protection against BRINE, CHLORIDES and ACIDS (recommended for corrosive ambient)
