Fully automatic filling / packaging / packing line for buckets and industrial pails already denested

The FDS1800 is a lidding & closing automatic packaging line made with two motorized conveyors mounted on the same frame, equipped with a double pneumatic air burping wheel, and specially designed for the closing of the industrial type pails and buckets.

 

The first conveyor has a slippery tabletop plastic belt that brings already filled or empty containers to the optional filling position, or directly to the lid denesting & lid depositor unit. 

The second conveyor has a rough top belt for traction to pull the containers under the pressure rollers closing head equipped with a double pneumatic air-removing wheel.

This  lidding & closing packaging line, or filling line, can manage liquid and semi-liquid products, as well as dry, viscous or sticky products, and is made for round, square or rectangular open mouth pails or buckets, either tamper evident or not.
