The FDS1500 is a filling, lidding and closing line/machine for cups, tubs or buckets feed by hand. We propose this model instead of the FDS2500 for low budget customers or when the container is hard to denest or prefill by hand with a base product.
A typical application would be per example for feta cheese sold in brine. An operator put the required weight of feta cheese in a container, slide it on the FDS1500’s conveyor for brine filling and container lidding and closing.
This line/machine can work with round, square, oval or rectangular open mouth containers. Typically, changeover time by the operator, is about 15 minutes. Speed can reach 60-1lb containers per minute for thick products
It can also accommodate our PL500 plastic film sealing unit.
