The DS1500 is an automatic container denester, or container depositor, that automatically denest open mouth containers, such as trays, tubs or buckets, on your own belt conveyor.
Changeovers can be done simply and rapidly with our preset denester heads.
This container denester or depositor, can handle almost any container sizes, shapes and material, like round, square or rectangular containers, including foam, plastic, paperboard or aluminum trays, or tubs; any plastic open mouth containers like tamper evident tubs, buckets or pails with security seal or with sealable plastic film.
